We're looking for a motivated Employment Consultant to support job seekers into sustainable employment through the Workforce Australia (Indigenous) programme.
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting job seekers 1:1 to build confidence and achieve employment goals
* Building strong relationships with local employers and community partners
* Identifying job opportunities and placing candidates into work
* Providing ongoing support to help individuals sustain employment
What we're looking for:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience working towards targets in a customer-focused environment
* Passion for supporting people from diverse backgrounds
* Ability to engage employers and think creatively about job opportunities
