460degrees are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support a major business and technology program for a leading utilities provider. This is a high-impact role where you'll bring calm, practical leadership and help teams navigate significant operational change.
What is needed?
* Lead Change activities across multiple operational programs.
* Support Operations and Maintenance teams through major change impacts.
* Develop and deliver targeted internal communications in partnership with external comms specialists.
* Engage stakeholders to manage change impacts, readiness, and adoption.
* Support governance, probity, and tender-related communications.
* Identify and manage change risks related to capacity, timelines, and stakeholder readiness.
About You?
* Proven experience delivering change in large-scale business and/or technology transformations.
* Background in regulated, asset-intensive, or utilities environments (preferred).
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
* Pragmatic, empathetic approach to guiding people through change.
