About the Recruitment Role
We are looking for a skilled recruiter to partner with hiring teams and build recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in full life cycle recruiting, pipeline management, and excellent candidate management skills. They should also be metrics-driven and able to use data to guide their decisions.
The role involves working closely with various hiring teams and leaders across Australia, developing creative sourcing strategies, managing candidates throughout the hiring process, and ensuring timely completion of tasks within our ATS (Greenhouse). As part of this team you will help attract top talent from Australia & New Zealand by utilising your professional network as well as other channels. You'll ensure that all interactions between DoorDash staff members who represent us during initial contact through offer acceptance meet our brand's expectations whilst being thoroughly compliant at all times. A great communicator you're comfortable facilitating productive conversations about both expected deliverables amongst diverse stakeholders alongside resolving issues professionally when required so feel confident stepping into new situations effectively maintaining positive work relationships underpinning business objectives success.
