You'll build campaigns, optimise product feeds in Merchant Centre, troubleshoot when things break, and report on performance that ties back to actual business outcomes.

* You've gotten genuinely better at something—automation, feed optimisation, client presentations, whatever you needed to develop—and you're sharing that learning with the team
* Your Account Director trusts you with bigger budgets and more complex accounts because you've earned it
