As we continue to grow, we're expanding our support team and looking for a Technical Customer Support Officer who enjoys troubleshooting software issues and helping customers succeed.
The Role
As a Technical Customer Support Officer, you'll work directly with customers to help them troubleshoot issues, configure the platform and ensure they are using the system effectively.
You'll investigate support tickets, diagnose problems and guide customers through solutions while building strong relationships along the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide new customers through platform setup so they can get started with confidence
* Respond to support requests via phone, email and the ticketing system
* Investigate and troubleshoot software issues to identify root causes
* Maintain ownership of support tickets from initial triage through to resolution
* Assist customers with system configuration and best practice usage
* Create and update knowledge base articles, guides and tutorials
* Proactively engage with customers to ensure they are achieving value from the platform
* Capture customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the product
About You
You enjoy solving problems and helping customers understand technology.
You will likely bring:
* 3+ years experience in application or technical support, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
* Strong troubleshooting and logical problem-solving skills
* Experience using support tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Zoho or Salesforce
* The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
* A curious mindset and genuine interest in learning new technology

Additional Information
This is a full-time, office-based role located in Turner, Canberra.
Successful candidates will be required to:
* Complete a National Police Check
* Provide copies of relevant qualifications
