Apply today if this role fits your profile!Your responsibilities include:Developing strategies, objectives, and tactical plans based on strategic account management, customer centricity, segmentation, customer needs, and market conditions, aligned with Business Units' goals.Leading sales and commercial partnerships to grow revenue, meet market needs, and strengthen customer relationships.Developing and executing country-specific sales and distribution strategies, including forecasting, planning, and overseeing budgeting and P&L to maximize profitability.Resolving complex customer issues proactively to maintain satisfaction and brand reputation.Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and seize new opportunities.Ensuring coordination among all customer-facing functions and distribution channels to present a unified 'one face to the customer'.Leading, developing, and motivating an effective sales team.Representing Philips internally and externally, leading cross-functional teams responsible for government relations, infrastructure, compliance, safety, sustainability, and labor relations to ensure compliant operations.What you need to succeed in this role:Minimum 15 years' experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably in Healthcare/Medical Devices/MedTech.Experience managing P&L, improving sales and margins, and expanding market share through distribution and channel strategies.Proven ability to define sales strategies and deploy aligned distribution plans.Experience selling a broad product range and new market/product combinations.Track record of building and leading high-performing teams and functions.Experience leading sales in Australia and New Zealand for a large, matrixed organization.Master's Degree in a relevant field.How we work together:We believe in collaboration and flexibility.
