We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of onboarding new customers onto Supy, ensuring they hit the ground running with our inventory management system. You'll work directly with restaurant operators, head office teams, and franchises to implement Supy across their venue/s and deliver fast time-to-value.

About the Role
We're looking for a junior to mid-level Implementation Specialist based in Australia. You'll lead the onboarding process for hospitality venues, from project kick-off to go-live, ensuring customers see value quickly and efficiently.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll train users, set up their system, solve operational roadblocks, and guide them through industry best practices. It's ideal for someone who understands hospitality, has strong project management skills, and enjoys making an impact.
What You'll Do
* Lead the implementation of Supy's SaaS-based inventory management platform across restaurant groups
* Run onboarding calls and training sessions with both venue teams and head office
* Set up accounts, import supplier items, configure recipes, and support stocktakes
* Coordinate POS integrations and work with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Understand each customer's unique setup and tailor onboarding accordingly
* Use systems such as HubSpot & Flowla to manage timelines and progress
* Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline implementation
* Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that reduces time-to-value
What We're Looking For
* 1–3 years' experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or F&B operations
* Strong communicator who's confident managing multiple stakeholders
* Hands-on experience with project management tools and customer comms
* Hospitality industry experience, ideally in procurement/purchasing or back-of-house roles
* Comfortable leading calls, solving problems, and managing competing deadlines
* Familiar with cloud-based systems like HubSpot, Google Sheets, and Flowla
* Passionate about helping customers get real, measurable value from tech
Bonus If You Have
* Experience implementing BOH or inventory systems for hospitality groups
* Worked as a cost controller or in restaurant operations
* Exposure to POS integrations and multi-site rollouts
