WOLF is a multi‑award‑winning Telstra Partner. In our first year of operation, our Torquay store was named Torquay Retail Business of the Year. Nationally, WOLF has also been recognised with the Telstra Customer Service Award (2023) and Telstra Partner of the Year (2018 and 2019).
Your role will align with our company goal: delivering industry‑leading customer service across Telstra’s product range, including mobile phones, mobile and home internet, and the latest technology and broadband solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will assist customers in‑store by:
* Understanding their needs
* Recommending the right Telstra products and plans
* Assisting with the setup of new devices from Apple, Samsung and Google
* Providing clear, friendly support to ensure a positive customer experience
Training & Support
We provide flexibility and full on‑the‑job training. The Warragul store is led by an experienced manager with over 15 years in the industry, ensuring strong guidance and support throughout your learning journey.
Previous Telstra experience is highly regarded but not essential. If you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoy helping people, we would like to hear from you.

* Smart, professional presentation
Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Roster
Our roster typically includes five days per week, with regular Saturday half‑day shifts. This will be discussed during the interview process.
