A global specialised Retailer, based in Parramatta, are seeking the skills of an engaged Human Resources Business Partner to join their expanding organisation.

This role is generalist in nature and has a wide scope of responsibility. We're looking for someone who has strong stakeholder management capability, who would like to immerse themselves in a stable business and continue to enhance their culture. This role will require some travel to various sites across NSW and Canberra (you will be reimbursed for your kms).
As HR BP, you will be responsible for;
- Providing strategic and tactical workforce planning
- Engaging with leaders to assess organisational capabilities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address identified gaps
- Supporting management activities as required
- Coaching leaders and provide support to assist boosting performance and culture
- Providing performance review and management support
- ER support
- Updating policies and procedures as necessary
- Assisting with the assessment and execution of Talent plans including Talent Assessment and Succession Planning
- Providing some assistance with Recruitment during peak periods (they have a TA team, this will be in an 'overflow' capacity)
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Previous HR Generalist support experience
- Demonstrated experience handling and managing ER matters
- Strategic and operational focus
- Some exposure to high volume industry groups advantageous eg: Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, FMCG
- Exceptional communication skills, with high-level stakeholder management capability
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and a proactive nature
- Current drivers licence and own transport
This position is based in Parramatta, with some travel required to various sites across NSW & Canberra. This business operates under hybrid working arrangements.
