Job Title: Front Office Operations Lead
As a key member of the hotel team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
* Lead daily front office operations to ensure seamless arrivals, departures, and guest inquiries.
* Set the tone for outstanding guest service by embodying ACCOR's Heartist culture and values.
* Collaborate with front office team members to provide top-notch support, coaching, and empowerment.
* Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and ACCOR brand standards.
* Address guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
* Contribute to financial performance by following cash handling and accounting protocols.
* Promote ACCOR's offerings, services, and facilities to guests.
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment while supporting workplace health & safety and environmental initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in front office operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
* Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills, including Opera experience (an advantage).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
* Multicultural awareness and passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
* Strong personal integrity, initiative, and ability to work independently.
