Due to ongoing growth an exciting opportunity for a Fire Alarm Technical Support professional who will help to support customer needs and assist with the growth of business.

Main duties/responsibilities
* Technical Field Support / Phone Support (Fire Alarms), (EWIS), (VESDA).
* In-house Programming (Fire Alarms).
* Data Entry (Fire Alarms).
* Fire Alarm Graphics System design and support.
* Assist in preparing technical sales solutions.
* Supporting customers with project needs.
Skills & Experience
* Sound knowledge of Electrical (or similar) industry.
* Fire Alarm Systems knowledge would be highly regarded.
* Driven and self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised.
* Strong communications skills and a professional demeanour.
* Sound computer skills essential (Microsoft Office).
* The ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
