Technical Support Specialist Job Opportunity
As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners for customers.
You will monitor and maintain customer computer systems and networks, respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner, and provide technical support to the existing customer base.
* Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems
* Maintain records and logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules
To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as an IT Technician or understanding of Hardware, networking, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication ability and professionalism
* Depth of understanding in diverse computer systems and networks
* Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
* Certification as IT Technician advantageous (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
