It supports its team through mentoring and personal development plans. As a Structural Engineer you will work in a pod comprising a Senior Structural Engineers, peers and Structrual Draftspersons. About the role: Due to sustained growth we are seeking a Structural Design Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, presentable and non-egostistical. This could be someone currently looking for a wider variety or projects to work on. You will work on projects from concept to completion.
