• Develop and deliver engaging, vibrant social media content and campaigns with a focus on digital storytelling across all channels to ensure the department's vision is communicated through social media channels.• Measure, monitor, moderate and report on social media and digital marketing performance to increase engagement and content usability, accessibility and integration.• Research best practices in public sector social media and identify opportunities to apply new technologies and processes to maximise performance and return on investment.• Help develop and implement social media policies, protocols and standards as well as content and channel strategies.• Work proactively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, establishing relationships with government media contacts to lead and coordinate cross-agency outcomes.• Actively engage in a team environment and positive culture by demonstrating our core values, celebrating success and committing to continued learning and development.Applications will remain current for 12 months.
