We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist - Deteriorating Patient
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive experience in working in an NHS Acute Hospital, including exposure to assessing and managing deteriorating patients. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of the care pathways for the management of deteriorating ward patients within the Trust.
* This includes identifying high-risk patients, conducting regular observations and assessments, implementing evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. You should be able to work autonomously as part of a wider team delivering clinical audit education which focuses on supporting sharing skills with staff caring for deteriorating patients from primary secondary care environments.
