Senior IC Design Engineer
We are seeking experienced Senior IC Design Engineers to support the design and development of RF silicon ICs central to our tuneable front-end module technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop RF IC building blocks including wideband low noise amplifiers (LNAs), RF switches, digitally tuneable capacitors (DTCs), and supporting analog/mixed-signal circuits.
* Support silicon RFIC circuit integration into multi-chip module assemblies.
* Establish co-simulation environments, including simulation model development and top-level MCM simulations execution.
* Evaluate circuit performance through simulation and lab measurement, refining designs for high predictability.
* Utilize RF measurement equipment and troubleshoot measurement-related issues.
* Contribute to IC design planning, risk analysis, and performance alignment.
* Perform high-level simulations including Monte Carlo and corner case analysis.
* Document designs, simulation results, and measurements for internal and external review.
* Collaborate effectively across teams, facilitating communication between IC and module design functions.
