About the Role We are seeking a passionate and friendly Guest Services Officer to support our ongoing visitor engagement at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors warmly, selling tickets and memberships, and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience.As a Guest Services Officer, you will provide a welcoming environment, assist with visitor inquiries, and deliver accurate information and directions. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will work within a friendly team, serving a diverse range of guests with excellent customer service and timely information. About You To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with confidence in engaging both local and international visitors. Experience in ticketing, reservations, or guest relations is highly desirable.
