About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Payroll Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-impact initiatives in our payroll ecosystem.
This role involves providing critical support for various projects, including Enterprise Agreement implementations and system configuration management.
You'll work closely with subject matter experts to understand and document requirements, conduct testing, change management, and problem-solving to ensure technical compatibility.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation and experience with enterprise payroll systems.
They'll also possess strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform detailed data analysis and process analysis
* Document the design and implementation methodology of changes to the payroll system
* Produce high-quality design artefacts articulating design intent and system interactions
* Solve complex problems within payroll (and upstream) system constraints
* Engage with subject matter experts to understand and document requirements
Requirements
* Solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation
* Working knowledge of enterprise payroll systems
* Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders
* Understanding of key risks in payroll systems and common points of failure
* Experience with payroll/HCM platforms such as SAP, ADP, Oracle HCM or Oracle e-business suite (desirable)
