Opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established Townsville practice for 3 days per week. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who wants flexibility in their week without giving up the benefits of a busy and well-supported practice.
You will be joining a team with a strong local reputation, an active patient base, and consistent demand across general dentistry. The role offers the right mix of autonomy, support, and stability, making it ideal for someone who wants to settle into a rewarding regional position and enjoy both lifestyle and income upside.
About You
You are an AHPRA registered Dentist with a patient-first mindset and confidence across general dentistry. You enjoy building trust with patients, communicating clearly, and being part of a positive clinic culture. This role will suit a dentist who is reliable, approachable, and motivated to deliver quality care while building long-term relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality general dental care to a broad patient base
