Key Responsibilities:
Depending on your role and level of experience, your responsibilities may include:
· Assisting clients with daily personal care tasks (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing).
· Supporting clients in accessing the community (e.g. transport, social outings).
· Helping with light domestic tasks (e.g. cleaning, meal prep).
· Providing companionship and emotional support.
· Promoting client independence, dignity, and choice.
· Accurate reporting and communication with supervisors.

Essential skills, qualifications and competencies:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Compassionate, respectful, and inclusive approach
· Willingness to learn and follow individual care plans
· Ability to work both independently and within a team
· Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
· NDIS worker orientation module certificate.
· Infection control certificate
· Medication Management training certificate
· A certification in disability, mental health, or aged care (desired)
Screening check requirements:
· 100 Points of Identification
· NDIS Worker Screening check
· Working with children check
· Police check/Criminal check
Mandatory Requirement:
· Driver’s license and access to a car
· Comprehensive Insurance
