Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of machinery, tools, benches, and floors. Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols. Dispose of meat waste and by-products according to company procedures. Maintain a clean and organised work area in cold and wet conditions. Work efficiently to meet daily production and cleaning targets. Adhere to all WHS (Work Health & Safety) policies and procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in meat processing, food production, or commercial cleaning preferred. Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. Physically fit - must be able to lift 15-25kg and stand for long periods. Comfortable working in wet, and fast-paced environments. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions precisely.
