Overview
Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Salisbury North
The centre caters for 90 children aged from six weeks to kindergarten aged.
There is a careful balance between play-based learning and routine, with a strong focus on developing children's social and emotional skills, providing a foundation for future learning.
All staff are highly qualified and have vast experience.
Floating position, working across all rooms to support high-quality educational programs and best practices.
The centre has a strong sense of community and supporting the wellbeing of families is its core purpose as a not-for-profit social enterprise.
They have a partnership with Foodbank SA to provide families with additional grocery items.
Some services include Child and Family Health Services, dental services, local playgroups and children's centres as well as Anglicare.
The centre is committed to creating a warm and welcoming community-focused environment and building meaningful relationships with families and children.

You'll need
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
