We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team in North Queensland.

* As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
You will work closely with our Operations Team and Duty Managers to provide proactive security solutions, monitor CCTV systems, and conduct regular building patrols. You will also identify and report hazards and building faults, support tenants and facilities, manage contractors and deliveries, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
* Your key responsibilities will include:
o Providing strong customer-service solutions to visitors, contractors, and clients.
o Proactively monitoring CCTV and access-control systems.
o Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security and safety risks.
o Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification.
o Supporting tenants and facilities.
o Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management.
o Responding to emergency situations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A valid QLD Security Licence (including monitoring subclass).
* A current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
* Strong customer-service skills.
* Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to work well in a team or autonomously.
* Availability to work a rotational roster (nights, days, weekends). Australian citizenship or unlimited work rights.
