About Us
Join our dynamic hospital call centre team, where you'll play a vital role in supporting patients and external referrers. We help ensure smooth communication and efficient use of our online booking system across five sites.
What You'll Be Doing
· Respond to patient and referrer inquiries via phone and email.
· Assist patients in booking procedures across multiple locations.
· Provide inbound support and troubleshoot basic IT issues.
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex matters.
· Maintain accurate records in our patient database.
· Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding issues.
What We're Looking For
* FT - Mon - Thu: 9am to 5pm
* PT - Mon - Tue - Thu - Fri: 9am to 2pm
· Strong customer service background, ideally in healthcare or similar.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Basic IT troubleshooting abilities and willingness to learn new systems.
· Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Qualifications & Skills
· 2+ years' experience in a call centre environment.
· Proven ability to build rapport and negotiate over the phone.
· Sound IT skills and adaptability to new technology.
· Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player.
· Ability to work independently and think on your feet.
· Must have current Australian work rights.
