What you’ll do:
* Prepare, cook, and present delicious pastry creations to the highest standards.
* Collaborate on exciting new menus and signature desserts.
* Keep our kitchen humming – from sparkling clean workspaces to well-maintained equipment.
* Maintain top-notch food quality, portion control, and hygiene standards.
* Contribute to controlling food costs and reducing waste.
* Support fellow chefs and assist across other kitchen outlets when needed.
What you bring:
* At least 2 years’ experience in an upmarket à la carte restaurant or luxury 5-star hotel.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and the art of pastry.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Full working rights in Australia.
