About the role:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide up-to-date information about their repairs and instil confidence that their vehicle is in very capable hands. Additionally, this role will include (but not be limited to):
* Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
* Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment
* Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactionsManaging the customer return process once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns

* Previous experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
* A strong desire to deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction
* High attention to detail
* Organised with exceptional time management skills
* Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
