Key responsibilities include:
* Providing coaching, advice and support to leaders on employment relations and industrial relations matters
* Partnering with leaders to support the engagement, growth and development of their teams
* Working closely with the People Manager to deliver projects and initiatives that support the team's strategic objectives
* Being the primary point of contact for all people-related enquiries
* Producing monthly people metrics reports for Senior Leadership Team
* Ensuring new starters are set up for success by coordinating a seamless induction process
* Working closely with Safety department to support return to work management
