This strategic role empowers you to drive sales success by identifying tailored solutions that meet client needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market initiatives, leveraging your expertise to support product launches, releases, and strategy.

Your key responsibilities include:

* Buyer Interaction: Conduct discovery processes to address clients' specific requirements and translate them into system solution presentations.
* Sales Product Enablement: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Product Engineering teams to provide technical or industry knowledge, supporting salespeople and enhancing the buyer's experience through digital assets such as video, product tours, marketing content, webinars, and social industry content.

Requirements include:

* A strong understanding of complex business requirements and ability to translate them into workable technical solutions, providing a deep level of product knowledge and answering questions during the sales cycle.
* An appreciation of the sales process, with the ability to overcome technical & business challenges, articulating the value our Recruitment solutions bring to an organization.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence in communicating with prospects in person, in writing, or video conference - overcoming technical and business process challenges throughout the sales cycle.
* Able to build strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Product Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams where appropriate.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in the recruitment environment and strong skills in translation, communication, and problem-solving.
