They are seeking a Network and Systems Engineer who is responsible for the design, management, and security of their Project Logistics' IT systems and networks.
This role ensures the resilience, compliance, and efficiency of business-critical technology platforms supporting operations, fleet management, training, communications, and logistics systems.
The position requires experience with both traditional network infrastructure and up-to-date cloud platforms, with a strong focus on cybersecurity (Essential Eight), vendor engagement, and continuous improvement of system performance.ResponsibilitiesNetwork & Systems Administration – Configure, operate, and support WAN/LAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, DNS, IP addressing, and network architecture.Security & Compliance – Implement and maintain the ACSC Essential Eight framework (targeting Maturity Level 3), including application control, patch management, ASR policies, WDAC rollout, and MFA.
Security & Compliance (continued) – Administer and monitor Barracuda solutions: Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, Email Gateway, Impersonation Protection, and Archiver.
Security & Compliance (continued) – Enforce DMARC/SPF/DKIM policies using SendMarc and manage threat remediation.Systems & Applications Support – Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, MFA/LAPS, admin rights, patching, and Office add-in restrictions.
Systems & Applications Support (continued) – Administer Action1 RMM and Remote Utilities for patch deployment, endpoint monitoring, and secure remote support.
Systems & Applications Support (continued) – Oversee Zoho MDM for mobile device enrolment and compliance.
Systems & Applications Support (continued) – Support CargoWise ERP, including Warehousing module rollout and quoting system development.
Systems & Applications Support (continued) – Manage Moodle LMS training modules for safety, compliance, and onboarding.
