Job Description
1. Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular contact.
2. Organize and attend meetings as required.
3. Directly control budgeted hours and expenses.
4. Submit accurate monthly billing and maintain delivery standards.
5. Regularly review assignments with staff to ensure quality and task completion.
6. Ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment is in working condition.
7. Report accidents and property damage promptly.
8. Accountable for all company equipment and supplies.
9. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
10. Process orders and maintain adequate inventories.
11. Review operational efficiencies and assist in improving standards.
12. Train and orient new staff members.
13. Maintain attendance records and hold regular performance reviews.
14. Administer disciplinary action when necessary.
15. Document complaints and resolve issues.
