The role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, community‑minded Property Services Officer who's eager to learn, enjoys variety in their workday, and thrives in a role that blends customer service and administrative responsibilities. There will also be case work and project work involvement including field work where required.

As a Property Services Officer, you'll be on the frontline of Crown land management. Your work will support government priorities, help maintain the integrity of public land information, and ensure communities receive accurate, timely advice.

To be successful, you will be highly organised, a team player, have excellent people skills and ideally have previous working experience in administration or customer service. There is plenty of on the job training available, this is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their skills set and develop their career.

What you'll be doing:

Frontline Service & Support

* Providing clear, consistent advice to customers on routine Crown land matters
* Responding to enquiries and helping people navigate land status information

Property Management Activities

* Helping deliver timely outcomes that align with operational targets

Office & Data Administration

* Support the Group Leader and wider Far West team with a range of administrative duties
* Assist with responding to a range of customer enquiries and requests for information as well as overall day-to-day organisation for the Far West Team and coordination of priorities set by the Group Leader.
* Managing records, filing, and registers

* Current drivers licence and willingness to travel.
