About the Position
* Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a professional Receptionist & Fundraising Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
* You will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for visitors, employees, and the community while keeping the day-to-day operations of our busy reception running smoothly.
* Professionally carry out Receptionist duties at the Base including answering phones, greeting, and assisting visitors, coordinating deliveries, mail, and couriers.
* Provide accurate and timely responses to enquiries from the community, visitors, and team members.
* Maintain Broadmeadow based company vehicle bookings and keys.
* Provide support to the Major Events Lead and wider Media, Marketing & Fundraising team.
* Coordinate base visits for community groups and other visitors.
* Perform a range of general administration duties including filing, printing, binding, and banking.
* Support the induction of all contractors, as part of the frontline contractor management process, using the approved site-specific Base Induction.
About You
* To be considered for this role you will have:
* Demonstrated experience in an office administration / reception role
* Tertiary qualifications in administration, marketing or event management are desirable
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* A current Drivers Licence
* Be willing to complete a First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol, paid by us
