Responsibilities
* High-end interior and exterior painting on residential projects
* Surface preparation including patching, sanding, priming, and sealing
* Applying paints, stains, and finishes using various techniques
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Ensuring work meets strict quality and aesthetic standards
* Working collaboratively with our construction and design teams
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience (residential preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Excellent time management and reliability
* Ability to follow project specifications and design plans
* White Card (mandatory)
* Driver's licence and own transport (preferred)
* ABN and own tools (preferred for subcontractors)
