Job Summary
Full‐time, permanent position based at Moorebank supporting multiple distribution centres. Standard business hours Monday to Friday.
What You'll Do
* Work closely with DC key functions, stakeholders, and the Risk & Compliance team to implement and maintain critical controls from the Q&E Program.
* Lead the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) team responsible for implementing and maintaining the HACCP methodology within the Q&E Program.
* Identify and investigate non‐conformances, determine and implement corrective actions.
* Perform periodic verification of support programs through observations during site inspections and walk‐throughs.
* Conduct internal audits of food safety controls and processes in the DC.
* Maintain calibration and scheduling of all testing, measuring and inspection equipment, including record‐keeping and service reports.
What You'll Bring
* HACCP accreditation preferred but not essential.
* Previous experience in a similar FMCG distribution centre or warehousing environment.
* Demonstrated administrative, technology, and time‐management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
* Logical reasoning paired with practical, solution‐focused problem‐solving abilities.
* Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
