About the Role
This is a newly introduced part-time position (20 hours per week) focused on end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and talent support. Working closely with department heads and the Estate leadership team, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the workforce that keeps Mount Lofty Estate at the top of its game.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment across multiple platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, and hospitality groups
* Write and post engaging job ads, shortlist candidates, conduct phone screenings
* Drive proactive recruitment by liaising with industry training organisations (e.g., ICHM, Blue Mountains)
* Source talent directly on LinkedIn, reducing the need for external recruiters
* Support managers with resume reviews, interviews, guiding best-practice questioning for cultural fit
* Conduct reference checks across all departments using consistent protocols
* Prepare employment contracts and assist with compliance and documentation
* Deliver and coordinate the onboarding process, including Day One orientation, timesheet setup, property tours, and presentation standards
* Assist with performance reviews and contribute to any formal performance management processes
* Help digitise and develop our training protocols, including SOPs, videos, and checklists
About You
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach to talent sourcing
* Previous experience in recruitment, HR coordination or people management (hospitality a bonus!)
* Confident communicator who can build trust across all levels of the business
* Familiar with recruitment platforms (e.g. Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter) and onboarding processes
* Passion for luxury hospitality, high standards, and team culture
* Tech-savvy and comfortable working across platforms and systems
