HR Business Partner Opportunity

About the Role
This HR business partner role is responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to our operational leaders on people management practices, employee relations, and other related matters.
You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that support our business objectives, and provide coaching and training to employees to ensure they have the skills and competencies needed to achieve their role objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to leaders and employees on people management practices, employee relations, and other related matters.
* Develop and implement HR initiatives that support our business objectives, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
* Work closely with our leadership team to identify and prioritize HR projects and initiatives that align with our business goals.
* Coach and train employees to develop their skills and competencies, and provide feedback and performance evaluations.
* Collaborate with our HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support our business objectives.
* Provide support and guidance to employees on employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Minimum of +5 years' experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a mining or industrial environment.
* Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and laws, including employment legislation and workplace health and safety.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to analyze complex information and develop creative solutions to HR challenges.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in MS Office and HR systems, with experience using HR software and technology.
