We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Data Governance and AI Risk Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks associated with data governance and AI. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our organization's data management practices are robust and compliant with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior ICT role. You will have a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and fostering a culture of innovation and risk awareness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will oversee the implementation and ongoing adherence to our Data Governance Framework, drive the oversight of policies and procedures related to Responsible AI, AI Governance, Data Governance, and Data Retention, and support risk owners in managing operational risk profiles. You will also collaborate closely with Technology Security, Group Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to ensure alignment.
