Are you a motivated pool service technician or technical professional keen to transition into sales? Or are you experienced in pool and spa retail or wholesale and ready to take the next step in your career?
The Role
As a Full-Time Sales Representative, you will:
Drive business development
by identifying and converting new sales opportunities across the Pool Builder, Service Technician, and Retail channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships
with customers, consistently delivering outstanding service and tailored solutions.
Promote our premium product range
—selling high-performance pumps, filters, chlorinators, controllers, heaters, and accessories—helping customers choose total solutions from Waterco and Davey's portfolio.
Plan and manage sales activities
including call scheduling, account management, and data-driven decision making using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Engage with the industry
at exhibitions and trade shows, confidently representing Waterco and Davey and responding to customer enquiries.
About You
We are seeking candidates who offer:
Experience in sales, customer service, or technical trades (e.g., pool service technician, plumber, mechanic).
Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for outdoor, hands-on work directly with customers.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
A results-oriented approach, with strong organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of technical products.
