As our Sales Manager at Mercedes-Benz Mornington, you will guide a passionate team, elevate the customer journey, and uphold the standards of a marque synonymous with innovation and luxury. Your leadership will shape the performance, culture, and success of the New Vehicle Sales department.

About the role:
* Leading, coaching, and motivating the Sales team to achieve performance targets
* Driving sales strategies, processes, and initiatives that maximise results and customer satisfaction
* Overseeing the full sales cycle to ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards
* Building strong customer relationships and fostering a culture of service excellence
* Managing inventory, pricing, and stock presentation to optimise sales opportunitiesSupporting marketing initiatives, events, and new model launches
* Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
* Ensuring CRM accuracy and driving customer lifecycle engagement
* Upholding Mercedes-Benz training, brand guidelines, and operational requirements
About you:
* Proven leadership experience in automotive sales (luxury or retail highly regarded)
* Open to candidates with New or Pre-Owned experience
* A passion for coaching teams and delivering premium customer experiences
* Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills
* A results-driven mindset with resilience and a commitment to excellence
* Professional presentation and meticulous attention to detail
* Confidence with digital tools, CRM systems, and modern sales technologies
