Overview
Cardio Respiratory Sleep is part of the Clinical Integration Solutions Group; a well-established and growing integrated medical specialist group providing cardiac and vascular diagnostic imaging and clinical services (Cardio Vascular Services) together with sleep and respiratory services (Cardio Respiratory Sleep), as well as cardiometabolic medicine (Cardio Metabolic Services). We have 7 clinics in the Perth Region and 2 clinics in Melbourne. In addition to our clinics, CRS runs three Sleep Laboratories in metropolitan Perth.
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join CRS as full time Sleep Therapy Technologist. Working from our outpatient Bunbury clinic, you will work closely with the team and perform a number of duties.
The successful candidate(s) will;
Responsibilities
* Provide an excellent patient experience for all CRS patients
* Provide CPAP, MAS, positional therapy & adjunct treatments
* Troubleshoot therapy issues and support patient comfort & compliance
* Manage patient follow‐ups, recalls & therapy progression
* Provide administrative support for your own patients, as well as for our Bunbury-based specialist physicians.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous experience is highly regarded but not required as paid, in-house training will be provided; however, a willingness to learn and a commitment to providing excellent patient care is paramount to being successful in this position. The ideal candidate has a qualification in Health Sciences or is working towards one.
* Given an important part of this role is performing of home-based sleep studies, shifts will be afternoon/evening (approximately 12:00PM - 8:00PM).
* Previous experience working in the field of sleep diagnostics and sleep therapy is desirable, but not essential.
* Previous experience in retail sales or marketing, customer care and communication is essential
* A tertiary qualification in a health sciences discipline is highly desirable, but not essential
* Pride in the quality and accuracy of their work with a very high attention to detail
* A commitment to providing excellent customer service
* A high level of initiative and problem solving ability, with willingness to improve service
* A professional, friendly and calm manner
* A commitment to working in a small team
