Position

A fantastic prospect has become available to work within a luxury car dealership in the Sutherland Shire as an Accounts Assistant, working as part of our Administration team.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

* Assisting with daily and end of month tasks for the administration team
* Processing a range of financial transactions for both internal and external stakeholders
* End of month reconciliation of:
* Vehicle debtors
* New and used vehicle deals
* Inventory and floorplan accounts

* Monday to Friday role between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm

Qualifications & Skills

* Proven experience in a similar role in the Automotive industry is preferred and will be highly regarded
* Qualifications in a business or accounting related course
* Knowledge & strong skills of accounting standards and processes
* Solid communication and relationship management skills
* Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
* A mature attitude with exceptional customer service skills
* High level planning and organisational skills
* Strong time management skills with the ability to work in an energising environment with the ability to multitask and manage numerous deadlines
* Highly skilled with all Microsoft Office programs

Job Details

* Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
* Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
* Benefits: Professional development assistance; Referral program
* Schedule: 8 hour shift; Monday to Friday; No weekends
* Work Location: In person
