Our hotels never sleep. So, we’re looking for a Night Manager to provide customer service support, and champion our ‘one team’ approach to make sure we provide our guest the same experience overnight as during the day. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the overnight reporting is completed and perform other essential tasks to help us stay one step ahead of tomorrow during our late-night shifts.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
* Responsible for the Hotel Operations overnight ensuring our guests and employees needs are met
* Checking guests in, out and managing any wake-up call requests
* Answering phones and dealing with overnight guest queries
* Running night audit property management systems or manual equivalents
* Performing other duties such as concierge services and special guest requests
* Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established procedures
What We need from you:
* Leadership experience in a hotel preferably in the front office department
* Accounting and mathematics skills for accurate auditing and payment processing
* Cash handling experience for counting and securing bank and processing cash payments
* Computer literacy, including familiarity with PMS software, highly regarded
* Availability to work a rotating roster, weekends and public holidays
* Must have Full Time Australian Working Rights
