**Australian Eggs**. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Stakeholder Experience Specialist to join this growing team.
Australian Eggs is a member owned, not-for-profit organisation providing marketing, RD&E and industry support services for the Australian egg industry. By engaging with the community, egg farmers, industry, and government stakeholders, Australian Eggs invests in research and delivers projects that promote continuous improvement and egg industry sustainability.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage stakeholder relationships with egg farmers and associate members.
- Develop efficient and cohesive processes for Australian Eggs team engagement with stakeholders;
- Assist with the communication of the Engagement, Marketing, and Innovation Program outputs.
- Support Australian Eggs team use of the stakeholder management system (HubSpot) including support and training;
- Drive team consultation on processes for using the stakeholder management system;
- Support and coordinate distribution of industry stakeholder communications and communications materials via Hubspot including the Aus Eggs Update;
- Manage the associate membership program and drive connection opportunities between associate members and egg farmers;
- Manage event coordination and registration processes and coordinate contributions by Engagement, Marketing and Innovation teams;
- Monitor engagement activities and identify opportunities for efficiencies in stakeholder engagement;
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, communications or another related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management skills aligned to systems mapping and associated documentation.
- Experience with staff support and training with a focus on the use of enabling tools.
- The capacity to work independently and address competing priorities.
- Experience in liaising, communicating and building relationships with stakeholders including farmers, researchers, veterinarians and government bodies.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication and presentation skills
- The ability to undertake domestic travel on an as needs basis; and
- A collaborative style that promotes positive morale in the workplace.
