**About the Role**:
This is a government contract for an experienced **Cyber Security Compliance Specialist** to assist in the accreditation of ICT systems within the department.
**What your day will look like**:
- Writing quality security accreditation documentation including Statement of Applicability (SOA), Security Risk Management Plan (SRMP), Security System Plan (SSP), and Certification Reports.
- Effectively communicating security concepts and controls to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Providing considered security advice to stakeholders, team members and Executive.
- Taking direction from the ITSA while working within the program team.
- Facilitating and negotiating discussions to an agreeable decision.
**Skills required**:
- 5 years' experience as a cyber security compliance specialist
- Demonstrated experience in relation to the detailed skill set (outlined above)
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated initiative
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills to quickly and creatively deal with threats or flaws in the network
- Experience working as a cyber security compliance specialist
- Knowledge and thorough understanding of security frameworks including PSPF, ISM and IRAP.
