This role is a true generalist Human Resources professional where you'll support the entire employee lifecycle and contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance workplace well-being.
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
* Provide advice on human resources and industrial relations matters.
* Support payroll, Occupational Health and Safety, and Return to Work programs.
* Partner with managers to deliver positive employee experiences.
* Contribute to learning and development initiatives and wellbeing programs.
This role is based at our Orange corporate office, with regular travel to other sites.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes;
* Knowledge of human resources and industrial relations principles;
* Ability to support payroll, Occupational Health and Safety, and Return to Work programs;
* Strong partnership skills with managers to deliver positive employee experiences;
* Ability to contribute to learning and development initiatives and wellbeing programs;
