Job Description
As the receptionist for a software company, you will be an integral part of our multi-skilled team and be our clients the first point of contact. You will be responsible for answering calls and either directing the customers to our support portal or passing on calls where required.
Your role will also include other general office duties that keep the office running smoothly, ie order stationary, kitchen supplies, set up for visitors, organise morning teas, co-ordinate office maintenance and much more.
There are possible opportunities to develop your skills into other areas of the business, through support, on and off the job training.
Future growth in the role will depend on the individual.
Position Requirements
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fluent in English
* Ability to learn new software systems and business processes quickly
* Good problem-solving skills
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Self-motivated
* You must have permanent Australian residency.
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative support role required
Advantages to have
* Previous reception role
* Medium/Intermediate level computer skills
* Business or fuel/convenience industry experience beneficial
