Your new role: In this dynamic Internal Sales position, you will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities will include: Respond to Customer Enquiries : Action requests face-to-face, over the phone, and via email regarding pricing and electrical product information. Support Counter Sales : Deliver excellent customer service, respond to sales enquiries, and prepare and send quotes. Engage with Suppliers : Liaise directly with suppliers to ensure smooth communication and accurate information flow. Manage Stock Control : Oversee re-stocking of shelves, and pick and pack orders to maintain efficient operations. Assist with Operations : Provide support with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required. What you’ll need to succeed Bring Energy and Personality : Be an upbeat and personable professional with experience in customer service and/or sales. Apply Industry Knowledge : Ideally bring experience within the electrical wholesale sector or related industries such as construction, industrial supply or solar. Show Initiative and Confidence : Demonstrate proactivity, self-confidence, and eagerness to connect with customers across diverse demographics. Keep Learning and Growing : Maintain a thirst for product knowledge and a drive to learn new skills while building a long-term career. Contribute as a Team Player : Be ready to jump in, support colleagues, and deliver premium customer service. Maintain Precision and Organisation : Showcase high attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Hold Full Work Rights : Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency required (no sponsorship available).
