What you'll do
Reporting to the Lead – Training & Compliance, you will play a key role in supporting training delivery, ensuring compliance standards are met, and coordinating regional program activities.
* Coordinate and schedule regional training programs, ensuring efficient delivery and completion
* Support compliance reporting and maintain accurate training records
* Assist with mobilisation of new work through training and compliance coordination
* Collaborate with site training teams, workforce and external training providers
* Maintain and update reporting tools (including SharePoint and training systems)
* Support governance activities, including reviews of Training Management Plans and TNAs
* Promote health, safety and compliance in alignment with the Thiess One HSE culture
* Contribute to continuous improvement in training processes and systems
What You'll Need to Succeed
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Training or Program Coordination role
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or working towards)
* Strong organisational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience working with digital training platforms and reporting systems
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
* Understanding of training compliance requirements and relevant legislation
* Strong problem‐solving and time management capabilities
