The Role:

Account Management (approx. 65%)

* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
* Understand client objectives and ensure smooth delivery of services
* Lead client communication, updates, and project coordination with our project manager
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Account Executive / New Business (approx. 35%)

* Build new relationships and build a healthy pipeline of prospects
* Prepare and deliver proposals, pitches, and presentations
* Support marketing and outreach initiatives to attract new business
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities
* Help refine sales processes and CRM tracking

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain our CRM (HubSpot), Slack and ClickUp with accurate client details and notes
* Liaise with clients and the team to ensure projects meet client expectations
* Assist with lead generation - Finding, qualifying and onboarding new clients
* Help prepare quotes, proposals, and case study documents
* Follow up on leads and proposals to keep momentum going
* Schedule meetings, confirm appointments, and manage calendars
* Support internal workflows
* Provide general admin support across the team

About You

* You've got experience in a B2B account manager/Sales or executive role.
* You're organised, adaptable, and happy to muck in with whatever the day throws up.
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* You've got an eye for detail but also a sense of fun.
* You're curious about marketing, design, video, animation and illustration
* Most importantly: you're excited to learn.
