Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Parts Interpreterwith skills, experience and behaviours that align with our team and customer experience values.
Key job functions & Accountabilities
Parts Interpreters carry out a range of duties related to selling Toyota Spare Parts, this including:
* Identifying parts and components
* Consulting catalogues
* Carrying out storage and stock control procedures
* Materials handling
* Customer Service & Advice
* Receiving and filling orders for parts
* Invoice preparation
* Organising dispatch
* Building and maintaining guest loyalty and support
Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Customer service focused
* Developed written and verbal communication skills
* Computer literate
* Technical parts knowledge in the automotive field
* Good organisational skills
* Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task where required
Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience
* Developed knowledge of the automotive industry
* Experience using TUNE (Dealer Management System)
* Qualifications as a Parts Interpreter (Certificate III in Automotive Sales -Parts Interpretation)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Forklift License
